Plain-language summary of how we handle data during a Reality Check and beyond.

What we collect during a Reality Check

For a 90-minute Reality Check, we collect only:

• Your name, business name, and contact email.
• What you tell us about your business processes, offers, and pain points.
• Optional: screenshots of tools you use, with sensitive data redacted by you before sharing.

The Reality Check needs no personal data about your customers, no CRM exports, no inbox access.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
• We don't train public models on your business information.
• We don't store the session recording (if any) beyond write-up delivery, unless you ask us to.

Production builds

If you continue beyond the Reality Check, any production AI workflow is scoped with explicit data boundaries, with your DPO or legal contact in the loop. We sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) before any production data leaves your systems.

Cookies

This site uses no analytics cookies. Form-submission and booking flows may set a session cookie for the duration of the booking only.

Terms

The Reality Check is a fixed-scope 90-minute paid session. Booking is free; payment is confirmed when we lock in your slot. If we cancel, you are refunded in full. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, you may reschedule once at no cost.

Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you, at any time, by emailing office@moreailesscost.com. We respond within 30 days.
